(NYSE: RNR) (\u201cRenaissanceRe\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\nExisting director, Henry Klehm III has been appointed Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, succeeding James L. Gibbons in the role. Mr. Gibbons will continue to serve as an independent director of the Company and member of the Audit Committee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nStephen C. Hooley has been elected to serve as an independent director of the Company, succeeding David C. Bushnell who is retiring from the Board after 18 years of distinguished service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nThe Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per common share on its common shares, payable on June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nThe Board of Directors has approved a renewal of RenaissanceRe\u2019s authorized share repurchase program, bringing the total current authorization up to $750.0 million, which includes the remaining amounts under prior authorizations. The program will expire when the Company has repurchased the full value of the shares authorized, unless terminated earlier by the Board of Directors. Pursuant to the program, RenaissanceRe may repurchase shares through open market purchases and privately negotiated transactions, and the decision to repurchase common shares will depend on, among other things, the market price of the common shares and the Company\u2019s capital requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nKevin J.
