New York, May 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Univest Securities, LLC (\u201cUnivest\u201d), a member of FINRA and SIPC, and a full-service investment bank and securities broker-dealer firm based in New York, today announced the closing of a registered direct offering (the \u201cOffering\u201d) of $1.2 million for its client UTime Limited (NASDAQ: WTO) (the \u201cCompany\u201d), a global technology company engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of mobile devices and smart hardware products.<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the Company has agreed to sell to certain institutional investors an aggregate of 1,000,000 of the Company\u2019s Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.50 per share (the \u201cShares\u201d) (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) at a purchase price of $1.20 per share in the Offering.<\/p>\n

The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company were $1.2 million,before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company.<\/p>\n
