Lauer as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer.<\/p>\n

\nLauer brings more than two decades of experience in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership, including ten years with Trex. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Prior to that, he held the role of Group Vice President, Supply Chain, and served in multiple leadership positions, including Vice President and Senior Director of the Company.<\/p>\n
