BOCA RATON, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nRRE Ventures Acquisition Corp. (the \u201cCompany\u201d), a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of entering into a combination with one or more businesses or entities, today announced the successful closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units began trading under the ticker symbol \u201cRREVU\u201d on The Nasdaq Global Market, or Nasdaq, on April 30, 2026. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cRREV\u201d and \u201cRREVW,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n
