(Nasdaq: PAYX), an industry-leading human capital management (“HCM”) company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Paychex common stock of $1.19 per share, an increase of $0.11 (or 10%) from the prior quarterly dividend of $1.08 per share, payable on May 29, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 13, 2026.<\/p>\n
