\nASA Gold and Precious Metals Limited (NYSE: ASA) (the \u201cFund\u201d), a registered closed-end management investment company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, today announced that its Board of Directors has renewed its share repurchase authorization for the Fund to repurchase up to 5% of its total common shares from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.<\/p>\n

\nThe Fund may from time to time purchase its common shares at a discount to NAV on the open market in such amounts and at such prices as the Fund may deem advisable and with the intention of making opportunistic repurchases when shares are trading at a significant discount to the NAV of the Fund.
