UDR has increased its dividend by 142% over the last 16 years, and we look forward to creating further shareholder value.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Company\u2019s planned monthly dividend schedule, commencing with the dividend payable in July 2026, will have a record date on or around the fifteenth day of each month and will be payable on the last business day of each month.<\/p>\n<p>\nAccordingly, the Company\u2019s Board of Directors declared dividends on its common stock for the second quarter of 2026 in the amount of $0.145 per share per month, payable in cash on the payment dates set forth in the following table to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on the corresponding record date in the following table. The monthly dividend reflects an annualized dividend amount of $1.74 per share of common stock which equates to an annualized dividend yield of approximately 5 percent based on the closing price of UDR\u2019s common stock as of April 28, 2026.
