\nWestern Asset Diversified Income Fund (the \u201cFund\u201d) (NYSE: WDI) announced today the results of the votes cast at the Fund\u2019s annual meeting of shareholders held April 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nEileen A. Kamerick and Hillary A. Sale were elected as Class II Trustees of the Fund by holders of record of the Fund\u2019s outstanding common shares of beneficial interest to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2029, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until they resign or are otherwise removed.<\/p>\n

\nIn addition, the shareholders voted to ratify the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent registered public accountants of the Fund for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.<\/p>\n
