Agdern and Peter Mason were elected as Class III Directors of the Fund by holders of record of the Fund\u2019s outstanding shares of common stock and preferred stock, voting together as a single class, to hold office until the annual meeting of stockholders in the year 2029, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until they resign or are otherwise removed.<\/p>\n<p>\nEileen A.
