(\u201cPSI\u201d), the parent company of PSCM, today announced the pricing of the combined initial public offering (the \u201cPSUS IPO\u201d) of the common shares of beneficial interest of PSUS (the \u201cPSUS Shares\u201d) and the initial public offering (the \u201cPSI IPO\u201d, and together with the PSUS IPO, the \u201cCombined IPO\u201d) of the common stock of PSI (the \u201cPSI Shares\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>\nThe PSUS Shares and the PSI Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on April 29, 2026, under the symbol \u201cPSUS\u201d for the PSUS Shares and under the symbol \u201cPS\u201d for the PSI Shares.
