The developmental sequencing kit used to achieve this milestone can detect 17 amino acids, a rapid improvement in only four months since adding the detection of the 15<sup>th<\/sup> amino acid to the commercially available sequencing kit in December of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\nTo demonstrate the full workflow, a sample, sequencing reagents and kinetic array were placed in the instrument drawer by the user and the run was initiated.
