The pathological accumulation of tau protein is a hallmark of Alzheimer\u2019s disease and other tauopathies.\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li>Conjugate 1 utilizes the clinically validated FORCE platform with the same TfR1-targeting Fab as Dyne\u2019s clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) and preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), Pompe disease and multiple DMD mutations.
