(Nasdaq: GURE) (\u201cGulf Resources,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading manufacturer of bromine and crude salt in China, today announced that it received a delinquency notification letter (the \u201cNotice\u201d) from the Listing Qualification Staff (the \u201cStaff\u201d) of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (&#8220;Nasdaq&#8221;) on April 23, 2026 due to the Company\u2019s non-compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the \u201cListing Rule\u201d) as a result of the Company\u2019s failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2025 (the \u201cFiling\u201d). The Listing Rule requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">This Notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company\u2019s securities on Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Notice provides that the Company has 60 calendar days to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule. If Nasdaq accepts the Company\u2019s plan, then Nasdaq may grant the Company up to 180 calendar days from the Filing\u2019s due date, or until October 12, 2026 to regain compliance.
