Calvert has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nGlenn W. Stetson has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThese promotions will further strengthen Matador\u2019s continued focus on execution, efficiency and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n<p>\nMr. Calvert and Mr. Stetson each have over ten years of experience leading departments at Matador and approximately 20 years of industry experience. Both have served on and been key members of Matador\u2019s Executive Committee. Mr. Calvert joined Matador in October 2014 and most recently served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Stetson joined Matador in August 2014 and most recently served as our Executive Vice President \u2013 Production. Mr. Calvert will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer from Robert T. Macalik, who ceased serving as Chief Financial Officer on April 21, 2026.
