DALLAS, April 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital, today announced a series of strategic executive leadership appointments designed to scale the firm\u2019s clearly differentiated platform in its next phase of growth.<\/p>\n

The transitions reflect Texas Capital\u2019s success in fulfilling its mission of becoming a full-service financial services firm and aligning its leadership structure with a more integrated, client-focused operating model. These changes build on the firm\u2019s multi-year transformation and reinforce its focus on disciplined execution, talent and long-term performance.<\/p>\n

As part of these changes, Texas Capital announced the appointment of Jeff Hood as Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 4, 2026.<\/p>\n

Hood joins Texas Capital from Citizens Financial Group with more than 25 years of leadership experience across human resources and financial services. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, advancing leadership capability and aligning talent strategies with business transformation. In his new role, Hood will lead Texas Capital\u2019s human capital strategy, overseeing talent, leadership, organizational effectiveness and total rewards to enable business performance, innovation and growth. He will report to Texas Capital Chairman, President & CEO Rob C. Holmes and will serve as a member of the firm\u2019s Operating Council.<\/p>\n
