The preliminary notice of meeting comprising the agenda and the draft resolutions, as well as information on how to attend and vote at the General Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces L\u00e9gales Obligatoires <\/i>(BALO) of April 3, 2026 (N\u00b02600756).<\/p>\n
