\nPower Integrations (Nasdaq: POWI<\/a>) today announced that on April 15, 2026 (the Grant Date), it granted a total of 89 restricted stock units (RSUs) to one new employee who began employment with Power Integrations in April 2026.<\/p>\n

\nThis inducement grant was granted pursuant to Power Integrations\u2019 Amended and Restated 2025 Inducement Award Plan. One-fourth (1\/4th<\/sup>) of the RSUs will vest on each of the first four anniversaries of the Grant Date, subject to the recipient\u2019s continued service through each applicable vesting date. The inducement grant is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable RSU agreement and Power Integrations\u2019 Amended and Restated 2025 Inducement Award Plan.<\/p>\n
