York Water priced an offering of 1,521,739 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $28.50 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $43 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions payable by York Water. York Water has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 228,261 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">York Water intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including our capital investment program, repayment of outstanding indebtedness, and potential acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Huntington Capital Markets is acting as sole book-running manager and Seaport Global Securities is acting as co-manager for the offering.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d) on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-283488).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The offering may be made only by means of a prospectus supplement and an accompanying prospectus.
