\nThe Virtus Duff & Phelps Real Estate Income ETF seeks to provide a high level of current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary goal, by investing in an opportunistically balanced portfolio of high-quality equity REITs (60%\u201380%) and investment-grade, real estate-focused debt and preferred securities (20%\u201340%). This multi-asset approach is designed to deliver above-average yield potential while mitigating volatility compared with an all-equity REIT portfolio.<\/p>\n
