The equity award was granted in the form of stock options and has a grant date of April 15, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The employee received an aggregate of options to purchase 111,150 shares of Acrivon common stock. The stock options have an exercise price per share equal to the closing price of Acrivon\u2019s common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market on the date of grant.
