(NASDAQ: GV) (\u201cVisionary\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that it received a notification letter dated April 7, 2026 from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d), indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.<\/p>\n<p>According to the notification letter, the closing bid price of the Company\u2019s common shares was below US$1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, from February 23, 2026 to April 6, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company\u2019s common shares, which will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol \u201cGV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has been provided an initial compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until October 5, 2026, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
