\n Viridien upgraded to \u201cB\u201d by S&P, <\/b>

\n following rating confirmations by Moody\u2019s and Fitch<\/b>\n <\/p>\n

Viridien announces today that Standard & Poor\u2019s (S&P) has upgraded its long-term credit rating to \u201cB\u201d, with a stable outlook, reflecting the Company\u2019s solid operational execution. The previous rating was \u201cB-\u201d with a positive outlook. In parallel, the rating on the Company\u2019s senior secured notes has been raised to \u201cB+\u201d, from \u201cB\u201d previously.<\/p>\n

S&P highlighted that \u201cthe company has built a positive track record of more stable performance over the past couple of years in a volatile market environment, benefiting from the end of the costly Shearwater contract in 2025, as well as a focus on cost control and higher-value projects.\u201d<\/p>\n

This upgrade follows the recent confirmation of Viridien\u2019s corporate rating by Moody\u2019s at \u201cB2\u201d with a stable outlook, which maintained its assessment of the Group\u2019s credit profile while highlighting the increased resilience of its business model and the relevance of its strategy.<\/p>\n

Last December, Fitch Ratings had confirmed its rating at \u201cB\u201d with a stable outlook, emphasizing the Company\u2019s improved financial and operational profile.<\/p>\n
