(NASDAQ: MNTS) (\u201cMomentus\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d)<\/b>,<b \/>a U.S. commercial space company specializing in satellite technology, space transportation, and in\u2011orbit services, today announced the successful deployment and early commissioning of its Vigoride 7 Orbital Service Vehicle following launch aboard SpaceX\u2019s Transporter\u201116 mission.<\/p>\n<p>\nVigoride 7 represents a significant operational milestone for the Company as it begins a series of in space operations designed to test, validate and showcase a suite of next\u2011generation capabilities. Over the coming months, the spacecraft is expected to host and operate 10 government and commercial payloads, including demonstrations of autonomous rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO), in\u2011space assembly technologies, and advanced satellite servicing functions \u2014 all key growth areas in the emerging on\u2011orbit economy.<\/p>\n<p>\nFollowing separation from the SpaceX Falcon-9 Launch Vehicle as part of the Transporter-16 rideshare mission, at approximately 500 km altitude, Vigoride 7\u2019s 1.6-kilowatt solar arrays were successfully deployed and are providing power to the vehicle. Communications with Vigoride 7 have been successfully executed, including command uplink and telemetry downlink. All systems are stable and the vehicle will be monitored closely as commissioning commences for all the bus subsystems in preparation for supporting each of the 10 hosted payloads aboard Vigoride 7 over the next several months.<\/p>\n<p>\nThis mission marks Momentus\u2019 fourth Vigoride deployment, reinforcing the Company\u2019s track record of consistent execution.
