Fear, the Company\u2019s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Financial Officer. In this expanded role, Mr. Fear will continue to report to John A. Kite, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Thomas K. McGowan will continue in his role as President and Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n

Mr. Fear joined the Company in 2018, and this promotion reflects the broadening scope of responsibilities he has assumed during his tenure.
