\nECD Automotive Design, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECDA) (\u201cECD\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), the world\u2019s largest Land Rover and Jaguar restoration company known for its bespoke Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs and other luxury restomod vehicles, today announced that it intends to file a Form 25 Notification of Removal from Listing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d) to complete the delisting of its common stock from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d).<\/p>\n

\nAs previously announced by Nasdaq, trading in the Company\u2019s common stock on Nasdaq was suspended on January 16, 2026. The Company expects to file the Form 25 with the SEC on or about March 20, 2026, which will formally remove the Company\u2019s common stock from listing and registration on Nasdaq. The delisting will become effective ten days after the filing of the Form 25.<\/p>\n

\nFollowing the effectiveness of the Form 25 filing, the Company\u2019s common stock will no longer be listed on Nasdaq. The Company is evaluating potential next steps with respect to the trading of its securities and its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.<\/p>\n
