Moog intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem all $500 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2027 (the \u201c2027 Notes\u201d), including any accrued and unpaid interest thereon. This press release does not form part of or constitute a notice of redemption with respect to the 2027 Notes.
