NEW YORK, March 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Boston Scientific Corporation (\u201cBoston Scientific\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: BSX) securities between July 23, 2025 to February 3, 2026, inclusive (the \u201cClass Period\u201d).<\/p>\n
