The decrease of $26.8 million was primarily due to cash used to fund operations of $49.6 million, including $13.5 million of upfront license fees and milestone payments to Simcere Zaiming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the rights to SIM0505, partially offset by proceeds of $22.3 million from equity sales including a $21.5 million private placement of common stock in November 2025.
