Final voting results from the special meeting will be reported by Exact Sciences in a Current Report on Form 8\u2011K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>\nSubject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining conditions to closing, the transaction is expected to close before the end of the second calendar quarter of 2026.
