In accordance with applicable NYSE procedures, the Company has 45 days from receipt of the Notice to submit a plan that would bring it into compliance with the minimum stockholder requirement within 18 months of receipt of the Notice.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Company plans to promptly submit a business plan that demonstrates how the Company expects to return to compliance with the Listing Rule within 18 months of receipt of the Notice.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Notice has no immediate impact on the Company\u2019s securities, and provided the NYSE approves the plan, the Company\u2019s securities will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE during the 18-month cure period under their existing ticker symbols.
