(NASDAQ: FANG) (\u201cDiamondback\u201d) entered into a joint development agreement (\u201cJDA\u201d) to develop a natural gas-to-gasoline plant in the Permian Basin utilizing Verde\u2019s STG+<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> technology and associated natural gas from Diamondback\u2019s operations (the \u201cPermian Basin Project\u201d). Following announcement of the JDA, the Company began development work on the Permian Basin Project, which included a front-end engineering and design (\u201cFEED\u201d) study that was completed in December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cWe are thankful to Diamondback for their support of the Permian Basin project.
