\nAcadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) (\u201cAcadia\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the year-end promotions for the following professionals to support its continued growth:<\/p>\n

AJ Levine<\/b> has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Leasing and Development<\/b>. In his role, Mr. Levine will continue to lead leasing and development initiatives while assuming oversight of the Company\u2019s property management and marketing teams, further supporting the Company\u2019s internal growth strategy. Since joining Acadia in 2019, Mr. Levine was previously promoted to Senior Vice President, Leasing and Development in 2021.<\/p>\n

Erica Pipitone<\/b> has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Reporting<\/b>. In her role, Ms. Pipitone will continue to be responsible for the Company\u2019s financial reporting activities, including oversight of SEC reporting and technical accounting matters. Ms. Pipitone has progressively advanced within the accounting team since joining the Company in 2020 and has served as Director, Financial Reporting since 2022.<\/p>\n

\nThe Company also announced that Joseph Napolitano<\/b> has notified the Company of his intention to retire as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer<\/b>, on or about April 1, 2026. Mr. Napolitano\u2019s retirement follows 31 years with the Company and as a member of the Company\u2019s senior leadership team since 2007.<\/p>\n
