With regulatory approvals now in place, Trio Canada has transitioned the asset from acquisition and regulatory processing to <b>active field operations<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Operational activities are being conducted by Trio Canada, together with its Alberta operating partner. <b>Surface lease agreements for the initial producing well locations are scheduled to be executed by the end of this week<\/b>, clearing the final access requirements to commence production operations.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n        <b>Initial Production and Operational Plan<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company expects to place the following two wells on production within 7 to 10 days, subject to routine field execution timing and severe weather:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">100\/11-7-50-1W4<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">103\/12-7-50-1W4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Based on current operating plans and historical performance of the wells, management anticipates these two wells together will contribute <b>approximately 30 to 40 barrels of oil per day<\/b> as production is established.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In addition to returning the wells to production, the Company intends to <b>perforate additional approved producing intervals<\/b> within the existing wellbores. These perforation operations are designed to access <b>new zones<\/b> that have not previously been produced, with the objective of <b>enhancing production rates and improving long-term recovery<\/b>, while maintaining a disciplined, low-capital operating approach.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n        <b>Additional Wells and Near-Term Upside<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<p>Two additional wells located on the same quarter section:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>100\/13-7-50-1W4<\/li>\n<li>100\/14-7-50-1W4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">remain within the Company\u2019s near-term development plan.
