SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., Feb. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign\u2122\u00a0group of companies, which invest in and provide skilled nursing and senior living services, physical, occupational and speech therapies, other rehabilitative and healthcare services, and real estate, announced today that it acquired the operations of \u201cAgave Grove Post Acute\u201d<\/em>, a 225-bed skilled nursing facility located in Glendale, Arizona which is subject to a long-term, triple net lease with a third-party landlord. This acquisition was effective as of February 1, 2026.<\/p>\n
