(NYSE: TSI) has declared a monthly distribution of $0.0217 per share payable on February 27, 2026, to shareholders of record on February 12, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nEffective January 2026, and as previously announced, the Fund now pays distributions on a monthly basis instead of quarterly. As a result, distributions are based on the Fund\u2019s accumulated net investment income and\/or other sources for the applicable month.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Directors continue to monitor conditions and circumstances relating to the distribution of dividends and make such changes as they, in consultation with the Fund\u2019s portfolio managers, deem appropriate.
