\nElement Solutions Inc (NYSE:ESI) (“Element Solutions,” \u201cESI\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a global and diversified specialty chemical technology company, announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Micromax<\/i>.<\/p>\n

\nChief Executive Officer Benjamin Gliklich said, \u201cWe are excited to welcome Micromax<\/i> and its outstanding team to Element Solutions. While we are coming off a record year, Micromax<\/i> is also inflecting positively with high-single digit organic revenue growth in 2025. We are looking forward to supporting its further success as part of our industry-leading Electronics portfolio.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe Micromax<\/i> acquisition was funded through a $450 million add-on to ESI\u2019s existing senior secured term loan B due 2030, which closed simultaneously with the acquisition. As part of this financing, the Company also entered into a new 5-year $500 million revolving credit facility, upsizing its prior revolving facility by $125 million and extending its maturity to 2031.<\/p>\n
