\nInternational Bancshares Corporation (NASDAQ: IBOC) (\u201cIBC\u201d) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the declaration of a $0.73 <\/b>per share cash dividend for shareholders of record of Common Stock, $1.00 par value, as of the close of business on Feb. 13, 2026, payable on Feb. 27, 2026. This is an increase of 4.3% per share from the previous cash dividend.<\/b><\/p>\n

\n\u201cThis discretionary cash dividend was made possible because of our continued record of superior financial results. Adding to this strong performance is our exceptionally strong capital position, significant liquidity and 60 years of positive earnings.
