\nAlcon Inc., the global leader in eye care dedicated to helping people see brilliantly, today announced the completion of its $750 million share repurchase program, which commenced on April 1, 2025.<\/p>\n

\nIn aggregate, 9,301,877 registered shares were acquired on the SIX Swiss Exchange, representing 1.9% of the current share capital of Alcon Inc. The total buyback volume amounted to CHF 602 million (USD 750 million).<\/p>\n

\nThe registered shares acquired will be held in treasury and are intended to offset the dilutive effect of registered shares vesting under Alcon’s equity-based incentive plans.<\/p>\n
