Common Stock Dividend<\/b><\/p>\n

\nThe Board declared a cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The fourth quarter common stock dividend is payable on February 13, 2026, to stockholders of record as of January 30, 2026.<\/p>\n

Preferred Stock Dividend<\/b><\/p>\n

\nIn accordance with the terms of Rithm Property Trust\u2019s 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (\u201cSeries C\u201d), the Board declared a Series C dividend for the fourth quarter 2025 of $0.6171875 per share.
