Rayfield \u2013 Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer: <\/strong><br \/>\n        <br \/>Joining Dorman today as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Designate and Treasurer, Charles W. Rayfield succeeds David M. Hession, whose planned retirement was announced in June 2025.
