(Nasdaq: TURB) (\u201cTurbo Energy\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a global provider of AI-optimized solar energy storage technologies and solutions, today announced that it received a written notice (the \u201cNotice\u201d) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) on January 12, 2026, notifying the Company that it is no longer in compliance with Nasdaq Capital Market continued listing requirements.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Notice indicates that, based on the Company\u2019s Form 6-K filed on November 4, 2025, reporting stockholders\u2019 equity of approximately $1.5 million as of June 30, 2025, the Company does not currently meet the minimum stockholders\u2019 equity requirement of $2.5 million for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1). In addition, Nasdaq determined that the Company does not meet the alternative continued listing standards relating to market value of listed securities or net income from continuing operations.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company\u2019s ordinary shares on Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In accordance with Nasdaq rules, the Company has 45 calendar days, or until February 26, 2026, to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the Company\u2019s plan, Nasdaq may grant the Company an extension of up to 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to evidence compliance with the applicable continued listing requirements.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Turbo Energy is actively evaluating available options to regain compliance and intends to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq within the required timeframe.
