To ensure a smooth and orderly transition, Mr. Garner will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity through November 2, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nCONMED has initiated a comprehensive search process, supported by a leading executive search firm, to identify its next Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n
