(Decoy) and its common shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol DCOY effective as of commencement of trading on January 8, 2026. These changes reflect the Company\u2019s focus on developing novel peptide-conjugate therapeutics through its proprietary platform that reduces the complexity of drug development and manufacturing.<\/p>\n
