\nElement Solutions Inc (NYSE:ESI) (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cESI\u201d), a global and diversified specialty chemical technology company, announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of EFC Gases & Advanced Materials (\u201cEFC\u201d). EFC will operate as a standalone business unit reported within the Company\u2019s newly renamed \u201cSpecialties Segment\u201d which was heretofore the \u201cIndustrial & Specialty Segment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nChief Executive Officer Benjamin Gliklich said, \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome EFC to the Element Solutions family of businesses.
