(NASDAQ: JACK)<\/b> (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that it has completed the sale of Del Taco Holdings Inc. (\u201cDel Taco\u201d), to Yadav Enterprises Inc. (\u201cYadav\u201d). The closing of this transaction is an important step in the Company\u2019s \u201cJack on Track\u201d plan to strengthen the Company\u2019s balance sheet and accelerate its shift toward a simpler, asset-light business model.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Company completed the sale to Yadav for approximately $119 million in consideration, subject to post-closing working capital and other adjustments.
