Wainwright &amp; Co., LLC (\u201cWainwright\u201d) dated June 26, 2025. Under the ATM, the Company may offer and sell, at its discretion and from time to time, through Wainwright, common shares in the capital of the Company (the \u201cCommon Shares\u201d) having an aggregate offering price of up to US$5,500,000.
