Sengstack to join the Board at the Company\u2019s Annual Meeting of Stockholders on February 9, 2026 (the \u201cAnnual Meeting\u201d). Concurrently, Mr. Thomas Hansen will retire from the Board at the Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn behalf of the entire Board, I extend my appreciation to Tom for his significant contributions to Mueller and his longstanding service as a member of the Board.
