In accordance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), the awards were approved by Momentus\u2019 Compensation Committee and made as a material inducement to each employee\u2019s entry into employment with the Company.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn connection with the commencement of their employment, the employees received an aggregate of 728<b \/>restricted stock units (\u201cRSUs\u201d).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe RSUs have a four-year annual vesting schedule, subject to the relevant employee\u2019s continued service with Momentus on the applicable vesting date.
