\nKaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ: KALU) (the “Company” or “Kaiser Aluminum”) today announced that Hugh (Jack) J. Barger, III has been appointed as the Company’s Executive Vice President \u2013 Sales and Marketing, effective January 1, 2026. This transition is part of the Company\u2019s succession planning with Mr. Barger assuming the role and responsibilities of Blain A. Tiffany, the Company\u2019s current Executive Vice President \u2013 Sales and Marketing in connection with his anticipated retirement. Mr. Barger joined the Company in June 2025 as the Company\u2019s Senior Vice President \u2013 Sales and Marketing.\n<\/p>\n
