\nSinclair, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cSinclair\u201d) today made the following statement in response to The E.W. Scripps Company\u2019s (Nasdaq: SSP) (\u201cScripps\u201d) rejection of the Company\u2019s proposal for a potential combination with Scripps:\n<\/p>\n
